Shipping Policy

We normally prepare orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Belgium usually takes 2–3 business days; delivery to other supported destinations in the European Union usually takes 3–7 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the order. The available delivery options and their prices will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Alcohol deliveries and age verification

Our deliveries require a signature from a person aged 18 or over. The carrier may ask to see valid identification before handing over the parcel. We may also apply a higher minimum age if required by the destination’s law.

If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the parcel or the recipient’s age cannot be verified, the parcel may be returned. Where permitted by law, the customer will be responsible for the cost of arranging a new delivery.

Delivery destinations

We ship alcoholic beverages only to destinations where their sale, transport and receipt are permitted and where an eligible delivery service is available. If we cannot lawfully fulfil an order to the selected destination, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate cancellation or refund.
