Berrinche de Herencia Malbec 2021 is a limited-production Argentine Malbec from Pampa El Cepillo, Uco Valley, Mendoza. Crafted by Lattarico Wines with extended ageing, it offers structure, balance and depth while preserving the freshness of its high-altitude origin.
Tasting notes
Deep red with violet reflections. Aromas of ripe red and dark fruit are complemented by subtle herbs, gentle spice and a mineral undertone. Structured and balanced, with smooth tannins, fresh acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Winemaking and ageing
Hand-harvested in 20 kg crates and traditionally vinified with selected yeasts. After a 72-hour pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation takes place at 24–26°C with gentle pump-overs. Malolactic fermentation is completed in concrete. The wine then ages for 12–14 months in used oak barrels, followed by approximately 12 months of bottle ageing.

Serving
Serve at 16–18°C. Open in advance or decant before serving.
