These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and purchases from our store. Please read them together with our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

2. Age and eligibility

Alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 or over, or older where the law of the destination requires a higher minimum age. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age and are legally permitted to purchase alcohol in your location. Delivery requires an eligible adult to accept and sign for the parcel; the carrier may request proof of age. We may refuse or cancel an order if age, delivery or legal requirements cannot be met. Products must not be supplied or resold to minors.

3. Accounts and customer information

You may sign in to your customer account using a one-time verification code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for providing accurate and current contact, billing and delivery details. Do not use another person’s account without authorisation.

4. Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate descriptions, vintages, images, prices and availability. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen. We may update information or withdraw a product from sale; changes do not override an order already accepted unless permitted by law. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

5. Orders and payments

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. After checkout, we will send an acknowledgement. An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may reject it where payment is not authorised, stock is unavailable, details are materially incorrect, fraud is suspected, or legal, tax, excise, carrier or age-verification requirements prevent fulfilment. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we will contact you and issue any refund due under applicable law.

6. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT as displayed at checkout. Shipping costs and any additional charges collected by us are shown before you complete your purchase. Taxes, duties or charges that may arise at a destination outside the scope of checkout, where applicable, will be explained where required by law. Any discount is subject to the conditions stated with the offer and shown at checkout. The total payable amount is confirmed before you place your order.

7. Shipping and delivery

Preparation times, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, delivery destinations and age-verification requirements are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you have designated other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, unless applicable law provides otherwise. Please contact us if a parcel is late, missing or damaged.

8. Withdrawal, returns and faulty products

Your rights to withdraw from an eligible purchase, return products and seek a remedy for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. That policy explains the distinction between a change-of-mind return and a genuine product fault. Nothing in these terms removes statutory withdrawal or conformity rights.

Unless otherwise stated, the text, images, graphics, branding and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to H’AVILAH WINES AND SPIRITS BV and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A purchase made through our store is a transaction with H’AVILAH WINES AND SPIRITS BV, not with Shopify. We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us as the seller.
